Hi Balaclava and sorry for the confusion. No sorry it's not a hammered coin, but amongst modern milled coins it is one of the more unusual ones.
As Mike and Viv have said, it's a Gothic florin from (2/-) from the reign of Queen Victoria between 1851-1863. Nice find  Wink
