Sixth Weigh IN  17 Stone 10 - Weight Loss 3 lbs - Total Weight Loss 28lbs

3 lbs loss this week , very pleased have lost 2 Stone exactly now.  Where my detecting trousers were how shall I say 'Snug' before I tried them on yesterday without a belt and they promptly fell back down  Grin .  Look out Sunday there may be a full moon rising over Glastonbury.

This week stuck to the following Regime.

Cut out all alcohol
No White bread (Granary instead)
No refined flour
No white pasta
No White Rice (Brown Rice Instead)
Added Wholemeal Pasta and Wholemeal Cous Cous to my Diet change.

This week I also cycled a lot more, hard to start but getting into it now.

Onward and up !   errrr..... I mean Down!

Seventh Weigh IN  17 Stone 06 - Weight Loss 4 lbs - Total Weight Loss 32lbs

4 lbs loss this week , Still going strong. Clothes are now starting to fit me that I've not worn for 2 years. I knew they'd come in handy if I kept them. I've still got my spiderman shorts and mustard coloured woolen tank top here somewhere................

This week stuck to the following Regime.

Cut out all alcohol
No White bread (Granary instead)
No refined flour
No white pasta
No White Rice (Brown Rice Instead)
Added Wholemeal Pasta and Wholemeal Cous Cous to my Diet change.

Plenty of cycling again this week, so I feel fitter as well as lighter. Rally yesterday has knackered my back up so I'm laid up for the day with a rather nasty swelling at the bottom right of my back.........owie  Cry

Onward and up !   errrr..... I mean Down!

Starsky used too.   A few months time and you'll be sliding over the bonnet as well!  Grin

Trouble is, I've got to give up the cider...........especially when I'm on the running machine!!!  Wink

Keep at it Rob. Another bag and a half of sugar gone off the hips this week!  Cheesy

I've started knocking up fruit smoothies for breakfast instead of cereals. I've use a BAMIX. It's just a case a
throwing some cheap over ripe bannanas in a plastic bowl, ice cubes, some frozen fruit, honey, hazlenuts,
lemon juice, a bit of milk. 30 secs with the BAMIX blender and it's done. The Bamix takes 15 secs to clean.

Keeps me full till the evening.

That Bamix is a mean bit of kit. I use it for making home made soups, sauces, and other things. I've had it years now,
long before Gordon Ramsay started using it!   Grin

Well done Rob. Thats 2 1/2 stone in 8 weeks. Somehow that sounds much more impressive. To knock it into perspective, it's more than one sixth of my weight. Thats a lot.

Keep going.. Grin
