The Mutant EMU Has Now Landed So Smile Damn It

« on: January 17, 2011, 10:04:29 PM »

ok so we all know how hard it is to get minelab clothing (even from minelab)
so why is not available is it that minelab will not let peeps use there logo due to copyright stuff or is there something that i am missing could it be that you have to be licensed to embroider clothing with there logo
any ideas
as i have a pc controlled embroidery machine and do not want to break the law !!!!!
Thanks
Darren

You will find that the Minelab logo is subject to normal copyright laws, as are most registered logos, and to use the logo without the permission of the copyright owner (Minelab) is in contravention of those laws which are enforceable through the courts, usually resulting in fines and compensation.

As Phil say's it's all under Licence, I am allowed to use their logo on material to do with the Boudicca research group, but nothing else.

to be honest if minelab pay me to wear their logo i will wear them especially on rally but i will never buy one just because its minelab for the price i rather buy a lacoste polo or a army surplus stuff .

i forgot i will have my napoleon logo on me lol thats what i call design , and chef phone logos on it and dw that will make a good personnal clothing .

aller bonne couture .
