I bought the Garrett locator package which came with a probe and sold the machine on.

The probe ended up costing me about £60.

The original cost me £74 so now I've got two..........but hey, they're so good they are
outstripping inflation and keeping pace with Gold !  Grin

I was looking for one before Christmas. Cheapest in UK was £83. Ordered direct from USA. Did cost me less, even with postage. Saved about £3 but waited a month for delivery.....(I am a Scotsman!). Great piece of kit though. Agree thats its pricy for what you get but they are good. Smiley

Two probes.......... you must feel relay terrible....  that gut wrenching feeling that you must have rite now must be overwhelming.....  but there is an answer.... oh yes..... that's right there is an answer to help you from your woes and to get you on the road to recovery ..... This is what you have to do .............you must  give your spare probe to me and for you generosity and to free you from the guilt you mus have  i well give you the sum of £70 pounds
if that's ok with you LOL

I like to have a spare of all my detecting gear. The probes, like my stainless steel sod busters have shot up
in value. Great investments !!!  Wink

You don't sell investments when they're still on the up !  Smiley

If you give Detecnicks a ring, ask for Laura and mention Cardiff Scan club you will get a discount !!
