hi found this last year, on a club site it has not been seen by an  F.L.O.yet so i am still not 100%   what it is, but i have my own idea.  its made of bronze? or copper? its 1 &1/4 inches long, by 3/4 inches at its widest point.  the hole through it measures 1/2 inch   x  1/4  inch it weighs about 1& 1/2 ozs if i manage to put a picture with it its all down to the help of  Charles Cater thanks again   mick

Looks like a dagger or sword pommel to me Mickey.

Congrats on getting the photo on.

Well done Mick. I think that Neil is right, maybe it is off a sword. Could be at the bottom of the handle maybe?
