Just got back from the rally - got a few interesting finds myself and saw some amazing ones from other lucky people - well done to them  Roll Eyes
Had a great day and enjoyed meeting everyone (what a warm friendly happy lot we all are).  A big thank you to the organisers - you even arranged that the sun stay out for us all  Kiss
Looking forward to the next one....

It was a lovely day, well organised, nice people and a special thanks to Rob for getting permission for the dodgy lot to wander over the farmers land.

Thanks to everyone who organised the rally. Really enjoyable even though I only found
a shopping-bag's worth of rubbish, two coins (worn Edward halfpenny and a small, heavy
coin) that could possibly be Roman but is so worn and corroded it's impossible to tell
(probably a washer off a Massey Ferguson)

The map and the sign posts were spot on and the people I met there were great.

Best,
Bob

casa-dos nice to finally be able to put a face to your name. everyone seems to be in agreement that it was a very well run rally.

Thanks to everyone who came to the rally. I think our rallies stand out because of the friendliness of everyone who attends. Thanks to Neil for his help with the organisation and thanks to Tafflaff (Rob) for finding the land and negotiating with the farmer to get us permission to hold the rally there. Thanks also to the weather for being kind to us.  Grin
