Please can you identify this coin please. I thought at first it was roman but now i think it may be George 11. The reverse side looks like there is  large crown on it.

the coin is very thick 2-3 thicker than a usual coinage it not far off the thickness of a pound coin

with my experience of coins lol i will say the one on the right is a pound coin .
