Ive had i few calls this afternoon, members have reported loads of goodies coming up and the FLO team are over run with finds,
Apparently there,s slide show playing behind the FLO table of everthing recorded playing on a constant loop.
A Llanelli member found a half Stater Sorry cant remember his name, and our Chairman Paul Minton,s found some nice stuff.notably a silver hammered and a quality Roman Coin.

Has anyone got any more news Huh

Ps
We still got one or two seats left on the coach so if you fancie joining us tomorrow
Coach only will cost you £7 or
 Coach and Rally £23

all the best

Just got back from Weekend Wanderers. There was a rumor that a hoard of staters was found early afternoon. Shungav had a nice 150bc pontin, Good condition. I had a roman grot and a few nice bits but nothing to shout about. But had a great weekend.

I found the many fields much harder to detect on this year compared to last year.
Did come away with a Lizzie half groat in not very good condition, and a 10th.c stirrup mount ( zoomorphic ) The archys wrote a report and it said condition was worn. It would be worn after 1000 years in the soil. But they insisted on recording it,as they said it was fairly rare.   Digger
