Hi Wayne
Have a look at the pop up Bivvy type used by carp fishermen up and down in seconds and not that expensive and completely waterproof

I got a four man pop up tent from B and M. It only cost £20 and it was great on the d.w 2 day rally. You are set up in a few minutes.
