hi gvang, ive just seen the pictures and my guess would be a medal or token as its  a base metal and the lettres i can make out seem to be more modern than any middle age or earlier coin,i would go with a token of some sort, peter may prove me wrong, but well found fella.

I think paulywow is right - this is a base metal (zinc?) medalion of 20th Century date. I think I can see 'GEORGE V', but can't make out much more, so probably a Coronation (1911) or Silver Jubilee (1935) souvenir.
