R.A.R.E CLUB RALLY UPDATE,Topic locked !

Hi all

I hope the DW admin doesn't mind us posting this.
The RARE Committee are very appreciative of the the amazing support they have shown the club since DW was formed.

And i ask the RARE Membership not to Post on this thread but to please come to the next few meetings or contact a committee member directly for further details, Email address,s available on the RARE Website www.raremdclub.co.uk

I informed Tafflaff about this rally weeks ago,not wanting to clash with a DW rally but unfortunetly the DW Wick rally was brought forward to the 29th Doh !

Ive just been informed that our Lydney rally is going ahead as planned due to a very narrow window of opputunity
More details at the the next RARE club night on the 1st of September.

Phil DW already had a rally on the 29th in any case , we only swapped the locations not dates. I wouldnt worry though fella, we've managed to work around each other in the past and the occassional clash of dates was inevitable. Its nice to see clubs at least trying to work with the forum, rather against it.

Good post Phil - as Rob says its one of those things that couldn't be avoided due to it being "The Hectic Season" - I think both the rallies will have a healthy turn out and it provides options for people.

We are also likely to clash with the forthcoming SCAN rally and a commercial one as well in the next few weeks - its just the way it is in August and September.

Good luck in Lydney - a promising area. Make sure you post on DW how the RARE boys and girls get on.

due to these events, The Scan Club are attempting to secure a different date.
I'm sure the new date will still clash with something, but as has been said, this is just unfortunate and is going to happen, especially with the current weather having a big part to play in the availability of the land, we are all in the lap of the Gods to a greater extent.
