Ok I dont think it has much age to it , but I'd like to know what it is if possible. Found when out with Ray a few days ago.  The close up of the bottom section is to show it looks threaded

OK the evidence is:- it has a hole in the centre for it to be mounted on something, It has 3 legs each with an upturned end as if something sits on it and it has a handle to make it revolve.
Not a scooby mate, chuck it in the bin. Grin

it looks like a roman horse mount to me mate a friend had one a few months ago and the local flo said thats what he thought it was hope this helps
