I forgot to add Geoff its lamb with roasted olives, potato, courgette, thyme and lemon - with feta added after - a recipe we learnt from the Cyclades.

A fine Rioja is more than adequate to wash it down.

Next you'll be telling me that Campari is vogue this month! Grin Grin Grin

but she's never been to the severn mud flats [though i have been tempted on several occasions!!!]  .... so i can safely say it's not hers!!
