Chepstow meeting

Hi all,
Just a thought that has been going around my head, how many DW members are there in the Chepstow area  
that would fancy a little get together one evening over a couple of beers.
Location is not a problem Chepstow,Caldicot,Magor etc, I think the local pub would only be to pleased for the business.
All the good detecting clubs are a fair drive from our area the nearest being Cardiff, Just thought it would a good idea have a chat and see what happens

I did it at Brecon, why not Chepstow ?

Although isnt the forest of dean local too you, there is a great club there.

Good idea Pipster, A few smaller clubs filling in the gaps for the bigger clubs may well be what is needed, good luck and any help I can be , just ask.

Great idea Pipster. Try a few ads in the local press and see if you get a reaction from that as well.

i thoroughly recommend Dave's advice, we've gone and done it up here. The membership list is 10. More than adequate, for the moment.

We also done a deal with a 4 star local hotel who will give us a meeting room free of charge on a friday night - providing we buy drinks over the bar!!

Go for it pipster -- we'll talk - perhaps over coffee later this week?

A great idea Pipster - I can see there being a lot of demand in the area.
