I had a great day out!! Thanks again to everyone involved! I was well chuffed with my coin, it's the first identifiable one I've found (apart from a thruppenny bit ) and to be 1700 and able to see all the markings so clearly was a bonus.
It's great to see all the pictures of the other finds, a brilliant day for all.
I had a few other bits and bobs as well

Besides my two Roman grots I had a badly corroded William 111 coin.

I look forward to a revisit to the farmers other fields later in the year.

This is one of my finds from the rally. Its a roman bell shaped stud and i am chuffed to bits with it as not too many have been found
