Try and post a pic of it if possible

Hi, as things stand i have only found copper coins and a couple of tokens and lots and lots of iron. So i would be very happy to find a hammered coin, any age any condition,i've not been detecting very long ,started off with a whites classic III then sold it over a year ago to buy new machine and bought an f75 3 weeks ago.

Hi Rob, I think my ultimate find would be a huge hoard of gold coins, doesn't matter from which period they come as long as they're gold. Sorry I haven't got a picture.......yet. Smiley Smiley

The relics of Man carried at our open parliament (Tynwald)  Two staffs of saints which were probably gold and
encrusted with gems. They were last mentioned 1415 and have not been seen since. I would also like to find the
location of the Manx Viking mint which produced Hiberno/ Manx coins 1020 -60c  The picture is Tynwald Hill. Smiley Smiley Smiley

Got to be something from the bronze age. Found plenty of medieval stuff, but no roman or bronze age yet.

I would have absolutly 100% died and gone to heaven if i found some Bronze Age gold. Have found a bronze socketed arrowhead which is the photo and hundreds of flint tools but no gold. Maybe one day.
