Scan Club Members, Re - RARE BUS TRIP,17th APRIL To Woodhill Park Farm Wilts

All Cardiff Scan Club Members, R.A.R.E. have kindly offered us the opportunity to have access to any spare seats they  Have on their coach trip to Wiltshire in April, (please see the link below)

Please get your thinking hats on now as to whether you want to go,    if you are positive you would like to go, contact me by PM,  In the past take up has been slow, so here is your opportunity go further a field (no Pun Intended) .
 Entry is £15 to Detect, coach travel cost £7 with the rest being subsidised by the Club for it's members to match the subsidised rate paid by RARE Members, details can be found on page 16 of this months treasure hunting magazine if you have it.

Karl - great idea.
We can take provisional names at the Scan Club meeting on the 10th March 2010 - then on a first-come first-served basis Scan members can fill up any available seats on the coach.

i have contacted the bus company and there is no problem with having the coach on the 17th April (Saturday) i have to confirm the date closer to the trip

I estimate there,ll be 40 Rare members booked the bus by the 31st of March
 leaving 14 seats to our good friends at Cardiff Scan ;0)

Note to Scan/Rare members bring loads of Change for the on bus Raffle ;0)

The revised deadline is due to having to book our places at the rally early to avoid disappointment
