Sub titled ..A handbook for visitors to the 14th century
Author Ian Mortimer 2008
Publisher    Bodley Head
ISBN 9780224079945.
A fascinating well written guide to 14c customs ,clothing ,social structure, humour.
This book transports the reader in to everyday life of the period, using contemporary resources in a lively straight forward no nonsense easily to understand format.
Very entertaining and imformative.

Good shout Ian. I have heard of this book before, so I literally just ordered it Brand New off E-bay for £7.49 inclusive of p&p. Thats a bargain!

I'll let you know what I think.

Cheers
