I have tried to PM a few people about stuff they have for sale but I can not see the verification code, I can listen to the letters but this still does not work when the letters are entered, I have tried them in both uppercase and lower case but still no joy.

you should not have to enter a code
click on the persons name there details comes up, go to the bottom and under additional information click on send this member a personal message
