I will let him know about the fraud thing.

My experiences with ebay have been pretty good regards dodgy ebayers.  Bought a Beghaus jacket for £85 and never showed up - had the money returned via Paypal within 14days and also some designer womens shoes at about £20 (for Joanne ofc ^^)  these were also refunded within 14 days.

they are not all bad on flea bay guys there are a few crims on there they spoil it for the rest every body out to earn a pound or two the thing is what i dont understand is why the hell dont ebay do something about it me and the wife as had some bad things done to us on there and we reported them and they are still on there so what are you to do stay clear i say  Undecided

I've learnt that he bought 2 off him in 2 seperate auctions  Undecided

 I told him to send him an email through ebay explaining that it was a misleading sale and if he was not happy with withdrawing from the auction he was gonn take it up with ebay under their misleading sales policy.

He's had a response back saying fair enough, no hard feelings and is gonna send him 1 in the post as a good will gesture at no cost - looks like he doesnt want his money making scheme to get stopped lol
