Managed a few hours yesterday and today, managed a couple of hammereds from the two farms, and something very nice which i have'nt found before fairly sure it's a Charles 2nd copper farthing not bad condition too.The first hammered looks like a Lizzy 3 pence dated 15_8,and the second might be a Lizzy 6 pence ?,Also found a George 3rd forged sixpence made of copper with silvering, and a silver plated spoon with a picture inside the bowl, not sure what it's of,but it looks a bit like Buckingham Palace ? any ideas ?  Grin

That was a good weekend Simon, Well found. I don't think it's Buckingham palace on the spoon, it looks more like the bank of England or stock exchange (old) but the steps are a puzzle.

Thanks for the replies Smiley
Shame the picture on the spoon bowl is'nt a bit clearer, the only wording on the back is "Sheffield Plate co" so not easy to track down any more info, certainly looks like St Pauls and maybe Nelsons Column on the far left.
Anyone have any idea on the date ?
