allowed my inlaws to build an extension on MY HOUSE, finished off most of the interior work MYSELF, put up with the mother in law in MY HOUSE even though they have their bit now, have the mother in law poking her nose in MY BIT all of the time, she keeps coming in when i am eating or cooking and asking what i am having, i feel like telling her to go and do something else, or something like that.
The father in law and myself are hardly speaking which is a good thing, but the evil woman is still in MY SPACE.
I have been detecting twice this year, both times on Detecting Wales Rallies, so i am not only getting out very rarely but have all my time taken up living in purgatory getting all the work done that her lazy ******* dad should be doing.
This is only a sample of the **** that i have to put up with at the moment.

Worked 5am to 4pm today without a break and had an ear bashing for having a pint on the way home with a mate.

God my worlds gone t**s up at the moment  Cry.

Good job i have a shed and 3 slabs of stella ready to wade into Smiley

maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel Undecided

As well as a hangover.

My M. I. L or the drama queen as i call her ,,, used come to visit, every Thurday night, walk in sit down , pick up the TV remote and turn the channels over and watch all the Progs she wanted, whilst asking whats for tea.

I had enough , and my missus agreed with me , so when she came next time i'd have any old programme that i knew she didn't like and sat watching ,it,,,,,,, so she then proceded to talk through my programmes,,,still not taking the hint , so next time she came , we started having a drink at 5pm ( shes tee total) turned off the tv and we put on our loudest music,,,, when she arrived she aked to put the tv on , so i did , she complained that she could,t hear it , so i told her straight , that we wanted to listen to music , and if she wanted to watch TV she could , but with no sound ,,,,,,,,,

HAVEN'T SEEN HER SINCE ,,,,,,,REEEEESULT

nice one Phil, I like your idea it makes sense, Rope or demolition, Rope or demolition, mmm I like life and metal detecting, so the rope is out of the question, so I just blow the extension up when they are asleep, yes that will do the job Grin

It's surprising what you can do with a pound or two of blasting powder. Grin Grin Grin

An alternative is to let your in-laws read this post and thread and then tell them you have the full backing of all DW members. Grin Grin Grin

I get really great with both my  in laws. They only live a couple of doors away and only call around one in a blue moon, but they would be welcome anytime.Don`t know what it would be like if they wanted to move in though Shocked.I can see you`re going thought a nightmare there, hope something sorts itself out for you.
