Hunter mate dont take my word for it mate but it says in my 2006 book here it could be worth anything up to £1250 depending on the condition , A very nice find indeed  Grin

the answer to the question 'what's it worth' must always be 'what price can ever be put on our nations history!'

to try and put a monetary value on such items debases the hobby and only encourages the perception that detectorists are only ever in it for the money!
