No, but would be an interesting find.
Only found the canine variety - on the beach.

I found three when I lived in France, I handed them into the police national and they forwarded them to the US embassy.
I received a letter of thanks from them but never heard any more.
A bit creepy in knowing that the reason they were lost was probably because the owners were dead.
