How come the ref didn't sin bin Dan Carter for forearm smash that didn't even RESEMBLE a tackle? Refs favour Southern Hemisphere tactics. I.E. Violence.

Just seen on the news that Dan Carter has been cited. Big deal! Anyone could see he should have been at least sin binned ON THE DAY ! What is the point of replays for tries if they are't used for other big decisions. The referee choked it.
