I went to a rally and what did I find?
Altinkum was there nearly out of his mind.
"When I said come to a rally I expected 33
Now there's 300, there'll be nowt left for me"!

I told him not to worry, that he would soon see,
The turn of the plough would bring up more finds for he.
Anyway I said I think you'll find out,
The majority of us will probably find nowt!

We'll be talking and eating and telling our tales,
of all the wonderful finds in Wales,
Like buttons and lead and 303's
Cartridges and bottle tops, when down on our knees,
and ring pulls and drink cans and pieces of coke
