Scan Club Rally - change of date NOT the 15th Nov

Please note - we have had to change both the venue and the date of the second Scan Club Rally in November 09.

The rally, originally scheduled for the 15th November, WILL NOW BE HELD ON THE 22ND NOVEMBER 2009.
