They are only having a laugh Tafflaff, can't really i.d. anything from the photo, but if you know another detectorist nearby maybe they will be kind enough to show you their finds and give you an indication of what you are finding, there is a lot of knowledge out there but seeing the finds first hand is a great help with i.d.ing.

Sometimes if i cant get a good pic of a find i run it under the scanner.
Really brings out the detail
Your Cartwheel penny will  come up a treat if you scan it

looks like theres a pommel (thats the thing inbetween handle and blade of dagger/sword)bronze with hole in or remains of blade/handle
