Richard is not Llanelli club secretery yet.

malcolm.mtts is still the acting secretary for the club until there is an official club meeting with the proper amount of officials present. Until then malcolm is still our stand in secretery as agreed by everyone in the club at our last general meeting. All matters related to our club should be sent to Malcolm and not Richard until further notice.

only posted this up as was told that i was secretary and agreed by all members present .who attended on time to the meeting.
having not attended the meeting due to being away on holiday was informed on return what had happened  .
well if this has been posted in hast ,then my apologies to our club for overstepping the mark prior to in statement as club secretary or not as seems to be the current state until further notice.
rules are rules thats what they are in place for.

so  currently we have a standing secretary Malcolm thomas.

and to llanelli metal detecting club members for wrongfully misinterpreting my
standing at the club and was not meant to cause any problems to any person in or outside of the club nor give any misleading information to anyone.

thanks derrick for straightening me out in this matter .
I had no idea that neither Malcolm or Brian were in attendance and only one committee member was in meeting.

David and Brian were the committee members not at the meeting.

Malcolm took the minutes of the meeting as usual when the secretary is not there.
