I've just got round to reading my Decembers NG and theres a cracking article on metal detecting in the Holy Lands. Basically their version of Night Hawking! The article goes on to say that the guy in question is struggling to feed his family, so goes out to ancient sites under the cover of darkness and sells his finds through a thriving black market in Israel! I may be in Israel next February for a wedding, so I'll try and find his shop! Roll Eyes

He's using a whites and is undercover to avoid detcting - not you James is it wearing the keffiyeh? Grin
