Found on a site where another detectorist had previously been is a coin that  reads
obverse     FLAVEL CONSTANTIUS OB CAES
reverse      GENIO POPULI ROMANI
 appears to be made of brass

 It is in a very good condition and this is what worries me. It has a casting sprig at 1 o clock and is made from brass at a guess. to survive in the ground for 1800 years in this condition does not seem right to me. thoughts anybody

I think you might have a Constantius the 1st there

He was Caesar 293-305 Augustus 305-306
AE Follis
He campained in britain and died at york

HI WDjust been looking up your other two coins help 2 i believe is a valerian 253-260the reverse is valerian and son        coin three i believe is a galerius he was caesar in 295-305 and augustusfrom305 to311  hope ive been of some use to you   regards Des

wd i forgot to say that some ground leaves a coin in good condition so youve got yourself some good coins   DES

Thats what i thought it was

The Romans used brass in there coinage from the time of Julius Caesar

That might explain its condition  Very nice find you got there Paul
