Theres a button and buckle Id book in the RARE library I,ll have a look now  see if theres one like it there

Hmmm is that one half of the Brass  military jacket fastener that the music / brass band  military use to wear on their jackets to close them  across their chests.
 the other side having a hook one to hook into  the loop.
