also could anyone tell me how to post pics in the forum as i have tried but without success.

You'll find it easy James. Just click New post or Reply. Then go to Additional Options - Attach will come up - Browse - next select the photo you want - has to be under 128KB and a maximum of 4 per post. If you need to reduce the size of the photo, I use Paint. Let me know if you need a hand.
