I had two emails today one from the USA and one from a Detector distributor in the UK confirming production of these machines starts the beginning of October and they should be for sale here mid October, this is obviously for anyone interested in buying one, there should be a few Explorers on Ebay soon me thinks Grin

The price will put many off though the upgraded T2 will remain $100 cheaper. The incorporation of the slow mode from the F70 should add a little extra depth but its not going to get great results on wet sand so Minelab doesn't have to worry just yet.

With luck it will force the issue of an X-Terra type Explorer sooner than later.
