just been on the phone to MARK LODWICK from Cardiff museum, he wants me to bring the lead face i found a few weeks back down to him next Wednesday for him to look at, i sent him a email last week with the photo of the lead face and he said hes looked at it and as past the photo around the museum to colleges to look at but cant id it at the mo ..........watch this space for more info next week i hope !!!! Wink

its the best artifact iv found love it DIGGA, found on DIG IT land, did find also a roman sestertius ( well worn) there before but the lead  face is not roman  Wink

If you see Mark will you ask him if he can return that lead religious item back to me please as I want it give it to a member of the Wrexham Heritage Society for  future study.
It was, I think, from a religious well.
I bet he cannot find it after 8 or 10 years?
