Found this Groat last year in Llantwit Major, notice the line made from a crack in the die when minting the coin.

Hi Neil, Geoff phoned me earlier we are going to the Farm tomorrow, as for the finds they were all found on previously detected sites and some of them were club sites, just goes to show a site is never cleared out.
I will post a few more pics tomorrow.

Some fantastic finds there Steve, better be careful they will be moving to the vale from Norfolk, some of those coins are in stunning condition and the saxon brooch is amazing. Still more to post  Shocked
