What can I say about this book ?

It grabs you from the beginning and plunges you deep deep deep into two parallel worlds dark, dangerous, with a glint of ironic humour.  I'm only a few chapters into the book but feel compelled to spread the gospel of this exiting unique concept of a novel.

Spontaneous Human combustion , not a subject you'd associate with a metal detecting website but as our learned friend Beefy stated:-

"It makes for a Flaming hell of a story".

Now why do I draw your attention to this novel you may ask ? Is it that I'm a closet Mage?   or that I desire to engulf your souls in the flames of hell?   Nay!  its because its written by Detecting Wales Darkest most Evil secret. Mr Bob Lock    Aka  "BoB"

All I can say is that I wished for this book to be great and my wishes were surpassed effortlessly.

Thanks for the plug, Rob!

I hope the rest of the book turns out good for you Smiley

For anyone interested in what it's about there's a free pdf download of the first thirty pages here on my publisher's website:

Taff, for the THIRD time! Wow!

Yep I'm writing the sequel (along with a load of short stories I've been asked to do) I guess it won't be out this year however,
But I have a book in my publishers that's due out around summertime called 'The Empathy Effect' which is about a Swansea
traffic warden with some sort of super power Smiley

Hope to come detecting with you all soon, things are difficult at the moment as we have the grandchildren quite a lot.
