Well said Phil !

I think it would be good to Dedicate every DW rally to special occasions Weddings Deaths Births ect as i think we are now a Detecting Cummunity and would add to the Day.
I dont think Dereks memorial put a downer on the rally i think it made us all think How lucky we are to be together and able to get out and Detect
Well done everyone for making it a great rally !

My thanks go to everyone for yet again another good rally.

Besides a few modern and lots of deep junk that gave the right signals that you could not refuse to dig I actually found my first "Cartwheel Penny" so that made my day.

With hindsight I am sure Pats 3 coins are a purse loss as I am led to believe they were all found in close proximity - look like they would circulate at about the same period {depending on the goldie} and are all of high denomination. Well done Pat

Digga - I personally think there are more from that purse loss there. Don't take offence but you may need to upgrade your machine to find them though or you can always loan one of my spares, if I get to join you!!! Grin Grin Grin Grin

Cheers
