Grin..i did'nt have too many finds...but i did bring a souvenior home with me.....an injured thumb Cry..i've included a pic of it with my finds of an1872 viccy penny, what might be a george farthing and two cigarette lighters......one modern and an older ronson ladies lighter and some odds and sods... What a great day!  Everyone I spoke to seemed to be enjoying themselfs and some good finds came up!  Didn't find much of note myself but it was an interesting place and It was nice to meet some of you all.  Thanks to Digga for the use of his land and to Geoff and Neil for their usual efforts.   Grin Smiley

Thanks for a great day and thanks you everyone for you kind donations.
I went over to see Dereks widow Chris soon after i got back home ,it was funny not to see Derek with his usual..."What did you find then !" lol,
She was overwelmed with the contrubutions and asked me to thanks everyone that attended the Rally (£82.88 was raised)
She was amazed that everyone went to so much effort,

Thanks to everyone that made yesterdays rally special for me personaly

A big thanks to all in making it a good day out, and well pleased in meeting and talking with all in person rather than typing to em!!...
The Roman was mine ,no idea what it is yet though I'm sure time will tell.
Stig the rock cakes were lovely ..hope theres more for the next rally.
