First one is The Scotch Brigade I believe. Later became the 2nd Battalion, Connaught Rangers making that cap badge before 1881.

The third one is The Royal Welch Fusiliers, with the top broken off methinks.

Three scimitars? Could be an Essex regiment? Get my books out tomorrow and look em up. Could be gurkha but don't ring no bells. Second one looks like army medical but I'll have a good look for em tomorrow. Quite a few like the 2nd one.

Victorian armies are my speciality especially the Anglo Zulu war but studied history at Uni many years ago. Also I am ex army and have quite a few contacts who are into the history of regiments big time. Should be able to get a positive I.D. on the other two on my next day off. There are a couple VERY similar but I'm not sticking my neck out yet  Wink Needed better quality pics and now I have them I can be more sure.

Second  one is (Royal) Army Service Corps (George 5th version). I am having doubts as to whether the one remaining unidentified badge is British. Three crescent moons, a lion and an eagle do not appear on any British cap badge that I can trace.
