Well sorry for hogging the posts guys, but due to the DW problems a while ago I was unable to put post up, so I'm playing catch up, I think there worth a show. Any way same pasture search with the Nox,  I just can't put it down in the fields at the moment so the Deus which you know I love is probably flat. I will fire it up soon and take it for a spin. The cracking Ring brooch which looks early Medieval came out lovely and deep but also directly below the iron nail, I am searching in 2 Tone only, all metal, you here the low Iron grunts with the sweet dig me signals coming through and Deeep....the 2 hammys followed as did the Roman Brooch which I have to admit is in two parts, which was down to my spade lol. Also the small buckle and a tatty strap end came out at the end of the search.... Wink

Nice stuff again.

Henry VI penny (annulet issue) and Edward I Dublin mint penny.

On the subject of detecting holes filling up with water, I remember one of the times when I went out for a dig with Mike - the water was filling right up to the top of the hole - that was certainly challenging, and that wasn't on a beach or near a river either!

Well done again Paul. I like the brooch. It’s very delicate compared to some and patterned, lovely.
Nice to hear you’re still impressed with the NOX. It’s certainly doing its job for you.

Hope I’m as lucky when I start back again. Got to sort out the settings again after mucking it all up last time in my field. Got it all set up, working a treat, went across the field no problem, strait under the power lines. Coming back I think they must have changed the power over and the NOX went crazy. Ended up changing From Field 2 to Field 1 by mistake and loosing some settings.
Should have bought the 800. You can’t save settings on the 600. Hey Ho !
Thanks for posting after waiting so long.

Love the heavy strike on the penny. Great finds as always.

Thanks for keeping the posts coming - it breathes life into DW.

Well done

Thanks Roland. You have to dig quick mate or the finds just sink out of reach, very frustrating lol.
