Apologies for a lack of photos but my finds were all run-of-the-mill today Undecided

Modern pounds, fifty pences, a 20p, some pennies
An old 3p coin and a half-penny of George V

Also golf balls, a child's bracelet, a broken laser pointer and ring pulls.

Well now Stan, I’ll let you into a secret. That little lot would know the socks off what usually find. I assume it was a beach outing from the mention of ring pulls. Although I did make the mistake of getting permission to detect on a caravan site a few winters ago. Same sort of finds as you, except I think I had upwards of a couple of dozen ring pulls. That day I only managed one interesting find, a Livery button. Only the 2nd one I’ve managed to I.D.
Well done on getting out. 👍

Thanks Val, that is from a permission I have had since July and it is very trashy parkland owned by a private company but who have allowed people to use it as a public amenity. The ring pulls, cans and bottles come from lazy people. It does have hot spots and there is part of it that was full of Victorian coins so it might have been a place of picnics or a fair. The main advantage of that site is it walking distance from my house so I can nip down for a couple of hours. Since getting the permission....just an email and a phonecall...I have rather neglected my other permissions but this week I have been recontacting some farmers as I want to see how much better yield I get with the new Detech coil on land I have been over before.

What machine do you use?
I’ve got a 13” detech coil and it goes deep

Hello Andre, I have a Garrett AT Pro and the Detech 13 ultimate coil.
I haven't owned any other detectors before and I plumped for the AT pro before even trying my hand at detecting.
