Was thinking of grabbing a cheap Quest Q40 and while looking about for reviews and info came across a site saying they've been sued by FT for copyright infringement. As far as I can make out the Q40 (and or) the Pro version of this detector was using the Teknetics T2 firmware?

Was wondering how on earth did First Texas pull the firmware to compare and have them busted for the infringement?
