A few hammies of various dates from my medieval field. Selection of buckles. A good selection of musket and pistol shot, probably target practice or a small skirmish may be. Now the vicky shilling is in cracking condition coming from a pasture field 1871 and 13 mint mark above, probably worth a few pounds in this condition and the date is not common. A selection of bronze bits and pieces among which is a Roman ring bezel, a bronze awl and 2 medieval spoon terminals found in 2 different fields well. That will do for now although I was out yesterday so I will not hog forum and will put them up tomorrow. The wind is howling here near Bath and forecast does not look great next day or two, but I might pop out tomorrow Lol..... Wink

As far as we’re concerned you can hog the Forum as much as you like. It’s always great to see your finds.
A real mixed bag but the star is, as you say, the Vicky shilling, it’s the best I’ve seen.
Buckles and hammies seem to range over a few hundred years. Wonder how long it’ll take you to clear those fields  Shocked Grin

It’s hammering down here, gale force winds and more to come. Got builders in at present, having a new Conservatory. They’ve just finished digging out new footings, looking like mini canals  Shocked can’t see them concreting tomorrow. They’ll have to pump out first  Roll Eyes
