Had a good hour with the usual pre decimal and noticed this one ( after I got home and put my glasses on).
Very rare to find hammered in my area so this one got me stumped.
Ain't been on here for a while and it's nice to see the old hands still here.

Have not cleaned it as it bloody tiny and has a hole in it. Can't see it too well on the photo.
Hammered are rare in my area, so I would love to know a little about it .

Looks like Henry 7th or 8th to me(King enthroned on the obverse). Try taking pictures again in a different light, myabe with less shadow and brighter. What size is it?

Well, it looks like a penny to me, they call these the 'Sovereign' type. Its still difficult for me to see your pictures but maybe somebody can make out what I can't see.
