Had to drive past some of my permission fields this afternoon and big surprise, they’ve cut the crops in 2 of them. The silage is detectable height as well.
Still not sure about parking though. Had a drive up the lane to check out the lay of the land. Great, I can drive into the field but then a very worrying find. There are 2 smallish holes in the entrance, by the gate. On investigation I could see down one of them, prob. about 8 inches deep with a glint of water at the bottom.
I know the tractors have driven over them but how safe is it in a car ?
Anyway, with a bit of luck, I’ll be out with guns blazing  Grin
