Out today on one of my well searched permissions where my new Equinox showed it's potential ,in a three hour search i netted 6 copper coins from the  Georgian to Victorian period and a tatty Georgian fob seal but with it's intaglio intact the design shows a man in a boat with some lettering which may be Latin not sure?. All these finds along with two tiny buttons came up at depths of 10-11 inches using the Gordon Heritage Deep Pasture  4x4 program which works very well and the one i will be using most of the time now on farmland. I have only been out five times with the machine and twice out of the five searches it has found me something worth finding. At first i had my doubts about the Equinox being much good but now i am beginning to have no doubts that it is a very good detector.

It sounds very much like you are growing to really like your new acquisition and you are certainly finding stuff that you missed with your other detector.

Hi yes i have been over this area many times with various top end machines looks like this equinox is going to be a keeper and i did have doubts about it at first that has all changed now ,the machine kinda grows on you.
