Found this today just before my coil gave up the ghost. it appears to be a handmade buckle, it has the letters TC stamped into it. just in the corner of the picture you can see a 20p for scale Smiley
Does anyone know a bit more about it please?

Nice little buckle. Date is 1660-1720. TC would be the maker's mark.
