Kiss Here you go Val, you said you wanted finds posted to keep you busy Wink Wink. Hi guys, just a few more bits from a couple of sites last week. I tried a couple of cropped fields but was beaten by the wet conditions and sticky soil, I headed to drier higher ground...where the roman came from, the bronze coin with the deer on is a bit unusual from the run of the mill roman coins. The bronze ring is roman. After 3 hours on the high ground and almost at the end of my search before work was calling I decided to see if one of my medieval fields was workable as it was only short drive away. Unfortunately it was really sticky as well, but I did manage to pull up the cut half and the nice mount which was nice. No more searching over christmas so I would just like to wish you all a......      (Merry Christmas and Healthy New Year)

Lovely Paul !  Once again you've shown what it takes to produce the finds, and that is, time, effort and some decent fields on which to search.  We always find that no matter where you are, or what field you are in, there's always something for you to dig up, whether it be a keeper or scrap.  So Happy Digging everyone and a Merry Christmas to all.  Cheers Tom and Ron.
