What have you been up to Val, I'm glad to hear you've had no broken bones I'm not supprised you can't walk yet. It's the body's way of letting you know it needs to rest and heal, so please take it easy......it will knock your confidence I'm sure but give it time.  Kiss

Thanks Paul. Re. Your enquiry, no, went ace over apex on the ice and landed on concrete. Awwww ! Banged up left knee and ankle bone, it looks like someoneís pumped it up to tennis ball size.

Aching in places Iíd forgotten Iíd got this morning. Canít wait to hear what the nurse says when she sees my left hand, already bandaged up from dog bite last Monday. Itís now black.
